Robert, the service advisor, was great to work with and did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. My car looks great with the new paint job. The price was very good too.

I had gotten in a collison and needed my bumper replaced. I was recommended Maaco by a friend and Maaco was absolutely the best place to get it done! I had a wonderful experience, they walked me through the proccess clearly, efficiently, and were more than happy to answers any questions or concerns I had, which I deeply appreciate. They made the process feel smooth, easy, and kept great communication with me. I felt Iike I was in great care, they really worked above and beyond and my car turned out amazing! I definitely recommend anybody else to come here if they need any work done, they really are thorough and clearly very experienced in their field!

Thank you Maaco - once again you addressed my problem, and thankful that it was a quick fix with a bonus - no charge. You replaced my fender a few months back and pre-ordered parts (front fender) got it painted, then got my car in and out on the same day without the lengthy hold saving me the additional wait and cost of car rental. Your are the best.

Both Robert and Ayd were amazing to work with! very knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to trust them knowing I was leaving my car in good hands. I really appreciated how they walked me through the whole process of how it works to get a car fixed before I walked out to make sure I was well informed knowing what to expect in the next couple of weeks. During the waiting period Robert also did a fantastic job at keeping me updated and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done fairly and accurately. I was very satisfied with the results. I cannot thank the whole team that helped enough. This was a great experience and example of good business that showed they really care about their clients, really good customer service, so glad and thankful to have done business with them!

I had an excellent experience with Maaco Pflugerville. The quality of the work was outstanding — the paint finish looks fantastic and the color match is perfect. They kept me informed throughout the process, and their communication was clear and timely from start to finish. When I picked up the car, I was pleasantly surprised to see it had been fully detailed, which made it look even better than I expected. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing paint or body work.

OH MY GOD! What a great experience I had with the Pflugerville Maaco!! I was driving around in a disgusting looking Infiniti G37 for 5 years with paint all faded looking like it was primer... all chipping off all over and so gross!! I did not think I could afford a paint job until my coworker told me to call Maaco! Albert, the sales guy had me in and was SO cool and walked me through it all and got me going. What a joy he is to work with!! Then.... he sent me video updates seeing my baby go from drab to FAB!!! The boss Muhammed put me a new light from the other guy Paul in himself!!! I cannot express how positive this experience was!!! Thank you Muhammed, Albert, Paul & Mike. You guys are so kind, professional and super cool to work with! Now I'm driving around feeling like a millionaire!!!!

After having to deal with being hit by an uninsured driver, and being met with the situation of having a 17 year old beautiful car that I have painstakingly taken care of to the fullest, I was met with my insurance company wanting to total my car. I was really hoping for an experience with a body shop that did not upset me even more. From the time I showed up to drop my car off, to the time I picked it back up, Mr Shawn Swain made sure that the experience I was hoping to get from Maaco was met with 5 stars. Mr. Swain answered every question, was completely upfront with every detail, and is one of the most courteous gentlemen I have every had the pleasure of meeting. Maacos prices are super competitive, and bringing it to them saved my car from being totaled. In being completely honest I was really worried about the quality of work I would receive given how competitive the pricing was. But in the end, all of my fears were put to rest the moment I saw the result. Maaco, you have a real asset in Shawn Swain and level of service he provides. He represents your company to a 5 star status. He was my contact from start to finish, always put me at ease, and there were never any surprise
